The hardest part of replacing the boat carpet on a pontoon is this tear down process once you have removed all the items from your deck the project becomes very easy.

Day 2 finish removing carpet from all parts cut new carpet and install on parts at shop.
To prepare for the removal firstly cut the rug and carpet up into 6 to 8 inch strips.
