You cannot repair the boat floor while rotten wood remains as it will only continue to rot. When the resin has dried you may wish to smooth off any rough edges with a soft sander. If the stringers and bulkheads are rotten get them replaced with fiberglass ones. Place the damaged cutout section of the floor on a piece of marine plywood and mark the outline of the piece.

Reconnect the electrical wires and water lines below deck. Start removing the old damaged material using an electric saw to cut it.
