The vanity in this bathroom in my opinion is too big for the space. My next idea was to replace the top and faucet. And it has a really dated counter top and sink. Removing a glued down cultured marble countertop from a vanity.

This frees the countertop and also reduces its weight making it much easier to lift out. Remove the rounded bullnose tile along the front of the countertop.
